  "heading": "Use of a benchmark that is removed from the FCA register",
  "text": "(1) A supervised entity may continue to use a benchmark in the United Kingdom which is—\n(a) used by virtue of regulation 61 as a reference for a financial instrument, a financial contract or for measuring the performance of an investment fund; and\n(b) either—\n(i) removed from the FCA register; or\n(ii) administered by an administrator who is removed from the FCA register.\n(2) But the benchmark may only be used as a reference for the financial instrument, the financial contract or for measuring the performance of the investment fund referred to in paragraph (1)(a).",
