  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 31(3) of the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Act 2020, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nCompensation\nSports Grounds And Sporting Events\nMade ***\nComing into force ***\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(2) of, and paragraph 16(1) of Schedule 3 to, the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Act 2020, makes the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with section 31(3) of that Act, a draft of the instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
