Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Birmingham Commonwealth Games (Compensation for Enforcement Action) Regulations 2021.

(2)

They come into force on the 31st day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
