In paragraph 5 at the end insert—

In sub-paragraph (1) the reference to article 6 of the Transfer Order is a reference to that article as amended by article 2(2) of the Bradford & Bingley plc Transfer of Securities and Property etc. (Amendment) Order 2009^f1.”.
