# The Bradford & Bingley plc Compensation Scheme Order 2008, Paragraph 16: Modification of FSMA 2000


In section 133 (proceedings: general provisions) and Schedule 13, for “the Authority” in each place it occurs substitute “the independent valuer appointed under paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Bradford & Bingley plc Compensation Scheme Order 2008”.
