# The British Transport Police (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2004, Paragraph 2


The Participating Employer establishes the Section on and with effect from 1 July 2004 and adopts, together with the Pension Trust and this Deed, the Rules of the BR Shared Cost Section of the Railways Pension Scheme as at 30th June 2004.
