# The Broadcasting (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 29


In section 368A (meaning of “on-demand programme service”), in subsection (1)—
(a) at the end of paragraph (d), omit “and”;
(b) for paragraph (e) substitute—
“(e) that person’s head office is in the United Kingdom, and
(f) editorial decisions about the service are taken in the United Kingdom.”.
