The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 297A (unauthorised decoders)^f2, in subsection (4), in the definition of “transmission”, in paragraphs (a) and (b), omit “or any other member State”.

(3)

In section 298 (rights and remedies in respect of apparatus, &c for unauthorised reception of transmissions)^f3, in subsection (1), in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), omit “or any other member State”.
