# The Broadcasting (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 8


In section 54 (conditions attached to national or local radio multiplex licence), in subsection (1)(ca), for “an EEA broadcaster” substitute “a CTT broadcaster”.
