# The Broadcasting (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 9


(1) Section 98 (categories of service) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), omit “and EEA satellite services” in each place where it occurs.
(3) In subsection (5), omit “and EEA satellite services”,
(4) Omit subsection (6).
