# The Broadcasting (Independent Productions) (Amendment) Order 2003, Article 5: Extending the meaning of “independent producer”: consequential amendments


In article 2—
(a) in paragraph (1), for “paragraphs (2) to (4)” substitute “paragraph (2)”; and
(b) omit paragraphs (3) and (4).
