  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 16(7) of the Broadcasting Act 1990, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nBROADCASTING\nMade 2003\nComing into force 2003\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament, pursuant to section 16(7) of the Broadcasting Act 1990;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 16(5) of the Broadcasting Act 1990, and after consultation (in accordance with section 16(7) of that Act) with the Independent Television Commission and (in accordance with section 186(2) of that Act) with the British Broadcasting Corporation, hereby makes the following Order:",
