# The Broadcasting (Local Digital Television Programme Services and Independent Productions) (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 4: Amendment of the Local Digital Television Programme Services Order 2012


In Part 2 (modifications of Part 3 of the Communications Act 2003), after paragraph 13 insert—
“13A. Part 3 has effect as if section 309 (quotas for independent programmes) were omitted.”
