  "text": "(1) Section 3 of the Budget (Scotland) Act 2008 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).\n(2) In section 3 (overall cash authorisations)–\n(a) in relation to the Scottish Administration, for “£26,837,349,000” substitute “£26,684,827,000”; and\n(b) in relation to Audit Scotland for “£6,590,000” substitute “£9,113,000”.",
