# The Budget (Scotland) Act 2009 Amendment Order 2009, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Budget (Scotland) Act 2009 Amendment Order 2009 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order, “the 2009 Act” means the Budget (Scotland) Act 2009.
