# The Budget (Scotland) Act 2010 Amendment Order 2010, Article 2: Amendment of section 3 of the 2010 Act


(1) Section 3 of the 2010 Act (overall cash authorisations) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In paragraph (a) (in relation to the Scottish Administration), for “£30,999,875,000” substitute “£31,022,875,000”.
