# The Budget (Scotland) Act 2010 Amendment Order 2011, Article 5: Amendment of schedule3 to the 2010 Act


(1) Schedule 3 to the 2010 Act (borrowing by certain statutory bodies) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In column 2 (amount), in relation to the fourth enactment, for “198,000,000” substitute “161,500,000”.
