  "text": "(1) The table in schedule 2 to the Act is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).\n(2) In column 1 (purpose)—\n(a) in purpose 1 (Forestry Commissioners), for “grant in aid” substitute “grants”; and\n(b) in purpose 3 (Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body)—\n(i) for the words from “the Commission” to “Commissioners for Scotland)”, substitute “the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland”; and\n(ii) after “People in Scotland;”, insert “payments to the Electoral Commission for costs associated with the Scottish independence referendum in 2014;”.\n(3) In column 2 (amount of resources other than accruing resources)—\n(a) in relation to purpose 1, substitute “70,131,000”;\n(b) in relation to purpose 3, substitute “85,253,000”; and\n(c) in relation to purpose 4, substitute “7,637,000”.",
