Article 3 Amendment of schedule 1 (the Scottish Administration)

The table in schedule 1 to the Act is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).

In column 1 (purposes)—

(a)

in relation to purpose 3, delete “; sportscotland; delivery and legacy of the 2014 Commonwealth Games; expenditure relating to equality issues”;

(b)

in relation to purpose 4, delete “Skills Development Scotland” and “funding activities for young people to develop skills in connection with training and work;”;

(c)

in relation to purpose 5, add at end “; expenditure in relation to the running costs of Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Prosecution in Scotland”;

(d)
