  "text": "These draft Regulations replace those laid on 5th November 2015 and are being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those draft Regulations.\nDraft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 7(2) of the Budget (Scotland) Act 2015 for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nPublic Finance And Accountability\nMade 2015\nComing into force 2015\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Budget (Scotland) Act 2015 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 7(2) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
