# The Budget (Scotland) Act 2015 Amendment Regulations 2015, Regulation 2: Amendment of amounts specified in section 4 (overall cash authorisations)


In section 4 of the Act, for the amount specified—
(a) in subsection (2) (Scottish Administration), substitute “£33,438, 162,000”;
(b) in subsection (3)(a) (Forestry Commissioners), substitute “£61,260,000”; and
(c) in subsection (3)(b) (the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body), substitute “£77,633,000”.
