# The Budget (Scotland) Act 2016 Amendment Regulations 2017, Regulation 2: Amendment of amounts specified in section 4 (overall cash authorisations)


(1) Section 4 of the Act is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For the amount specified—
(a) in subsection (2) (the Scottish Administration), substitute “£33,790,869,000”;
(b) in subsection (3)(a) (the Forestry Commissioners), substitute “£57,223,000”; and
(c) in subsection (3)(b) (the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body), substitute “£84,454,000”.
