  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Budget (Scotland) Act 2017 (“the Act”).\nRegulation 2 amends the overall cash authorisations specified in section 4(2) and (3)(b) of the Act in relation to the Scottish Administration and the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.\nRegulation 3 amends the amount of resources (other than accruing resources) that may be used for purposes 1 to 10, 12 to 14 and 16 to 18 in schedule 1 of the Act. It also amends the total amount of those resources for all the purposes in that schedule.\nRegulation 4 amends the amount of resources other than accruing resources that may be used by each of the direct-funded bodies for certain purposes in schedule 2 of the Act.\nRegulation 5 amends the amount that may be borrowed under the fourth enactment in schedule 3 of the Act.",
