# The Budget (Scotland) Act 2017 Amendment Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Budget (Scotland) Act 2017 Amendment Regulations 2018 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(2) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Budget (Scotland) Act 2017.
