Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Budget (Scotland) Act 2019 Amendment Regulations 2020 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

(2)

In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Budget (Scotland) Act 2019.
