# The Budget (Scotland) Acts 2007 and 2008 Amendment Order 2009, Article 2: Amendment of section 3 of the 2007 Act


In section 3 of the 2007 Act (overall cash authorisations), in paragraph (a) (in relation to the Scottish Administration), for “£26,853,677,000” substitute “£28,667,377,000”.
