  "heading": "“Ordinary residential dwelling”",
  "text": "(1) For the purposes of these Regulations, a dwelling is an “ordinary residential dwelling” unless it is—\n(a) social housing,\n(b) supported housing, or\n(c) exempt accommodation, if and so far as the accommodation would otherwise be a dwelling.\n(2) Schedule 2 makes further provision about each of the exemptions referred to in paragraph (1).",
