Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations–

• “the 2002 Regulations” means the Bus User Complaints Tribunal Regulations 2002^f1;

• “the PTUC” means the Public Transport Users' Committee for Scotland established under article 3 of the Public Transport Users' Committee for Scotland Order 2006.
