# The Byelaws (Alternative Procedure) (England) Regulations 2015, Regulation 19: Transitional provision


Section 236 of the 1972 Act continues to apply in relation to a byelaw of a class prescribed by regulation 3 which is made by a relevant authority before the date on which these Regulations come into force.
