Regulation 4 Application of Part 3

Subject to paragraph (2) and regulation 19, this Part applies in relation to byelaws of a class prescribed by regulation 3.

This Part does not apply in relation to byelaws of a class prescribed by regulation 3 which have been made to revoke other byelaws of a class prescribed by regulation 3 and which have no other purpose.
