# The Byelaws (Alternative Procedure) (England) Regulations 2015, Paragraph 2: Open Spaces Act 1906


In section 15 of the Open Spaces Act 1906 (byelaws), in subsection (2) after “England” insert “other than byelaws of a class prescribed by regulations under section 236A(1) of the Local Government Act 1972”.
