  "text": "(1) Section 9 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act 1907 (byelaws) is amended as follows.\n(2) The existing provision becomes subsection (1).\n(3) After that provision insert—\n“(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to byelaws of a class prescribed by regulations under section 236A(1) of the Local Government Act 1972.”",
