# The Byelaws (Alternative Procedure) (England) Regulations 2015, Paragraph 3: Public Health Acts Amendment Act 1907


(1) Section 9 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act 1907 (byelaws) is amended as follows.
(2) The existing provision becomes subsection (1).
(3) After that provision insert—
“(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to byelaws of a class prescribed by regulations under section 236A(1) of the Local Government Act 1972.”
