# The Cableway Installations (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 34: Amendment to Article 27


In Article 27—
(a) the existing text becomes paragraph 1;
(b) after the newly numbered paragraph 1 insert—
“2. In paragraph 1, expressions used are to be given the same meaning as in the EU Regulation.”.
