  "text": "(1) In the heading to Article 40, omit “at national level”.\n(2) In Article 40—\n(a) in paragraph 1—\n(i) in the first subparagraph—\n(aa) in the first sentence, for “market surveillance authorities of one Member State have” substitute “Executive has”, and\n(bb) in the second sentence, for “market surveillance authorities” substitute “Executive”,\n(ii) in the second subparagraph—\n(aa) for “market surveillance authorities find” substitute “Executive finds”,\n(bb) for “they shall” substitute “it shall”, and\n(cc) for “they may” substitute “it may”, and\n(iii) in the third subparagraph—\n(aa) for “market surveillance authorities” substitute “Executive”, and\n(bb) for “notified body” substitute “approved body”;\n(b) omit paragraph 2;\n(c) in paragraph 3, omit “throughout the Union”;\n(d) omit paragraphs 4 to 8.",
