# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 102: Article 91 (exceptions)


In Article 91 (exceptions), in paragraph 2, for “financial fixed assets as referred to in Article 35(2) of Directive 86/635/EEC” substitute “participating interests, shares in affiliated undertakings or securities intended for use on a continuing basis in the normal course of an undertaking’s activities”.
