# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 108: Article 100 (additional reporting requirements)


In Article 100 (additional reporting requirements), in the second sub-paragraph—
(a) for “EBA shall” substitute “The FCA or the PRA (as the case may be) may”;
(b) omit “implementing”.
