# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 111: Article 113 (calculation of risk weighted exposure amounts)


(1) Article 113 (calculation of risk weighted exposure amounts) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 6—
(a) in the first sub-paragraph, for “relationship within the meaning of Article 12(1) of Directive 83/349/EEC” substitute “common management relationship”;
(b) for “same Member State as the institution” substitute “United Kingdom”.
(3) Omit paragraph 7.
