  "text": "(1) Article 126 (exposures fully and completely secured by mortgages on commercial immovable property) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2(d), for the words “in those Member States” to the end substitute “if rigorous criteria are in force at the time in the United Kingdom for the assessment of the mortgage lending value”.\n(3) In paragraph 3—\n(a) for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;\n(b) for the words from “of that Member State” to “loss rates which” substitute “has determined that loss rates”.",
