  "text": "(1) Article 128 (items associated with particular high risk) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2(b)—\n(a) for “AIFs as defined in Article 4(1)(a) of Directive 2011/61/EU” substitute “UK AIFs, EEA AIFs or third-country AIFs within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations 2013”;\n(b) for “required under” substitute “specified in”;\n(3) Omit the second and third sub-paragraphs of paragraph 3.",
