# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 124: Article 132 (exposures in the form of units or shares in CIUs)


In Article 132 (exposures in the form of units or shares in CIUs), in the first sub-paragraph of paragraph 3—
(a) in point (a), for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;
(b) in point (a)(i), for “Union law” substitute “the law of the United Kingdom”.
