Regulation 126 Article 135 (use of credit assessments by ECAIs)

In Article 135 (use of credit assessments by ECAIs), in paragraph 2—

(a)

for “EBA shall publish the list” substitute “The competent authorities must each publish a list”;

(b)

omit the words “in accordance with Article 2(4) and Article 18(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009”.
