Regulation 128 Article 142 (definitions)

Article 142 (definitions) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(4), in point (b), for “Union”, in both places it occurs, substitute “United Kingdom”.

In paragraph 1(5)—

(a)

for “of the activities listed in Annex I to Directive 2013/36/EU” substitute “Annex 1 activities”;

(b)

for “in Annex I to Directive 2004/39/EC” substitute “the activities in Parts 1, 3 and 3A of Schedule 2 to the Regulated Activities Order”.
