  "text": "(1) Article 150 (conditions for permanent partial use) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) in point (d)—\n(i) for the opening words, substitute—\n“(d) exposures to the central government of the United Kingdom, the Bank, a regional government of the United Kingdom, or a public sector entity or local authority in the United Kingdom, provided—”;\n(ii) in paragraph (i), for “that central government and central bank” substitute “the central government and Bank”;\n(b) in point (e), for “relationship within the meaning of Article 12(1) of Directive 83/349/EEC” substitute “common management relationship”;\n(c) omit the sub-paragraph after point (j).\n(3) Omit paragraph 4.",
