# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 140: Article 212 (requirements for other funded credit protection)


In Article 212 (requirements for other funded credit protection) in paragraph 2(j)—
(a) for “is subject to Directive 2009/138/EC” insert “is an insurance undertaking or reinsurance undertaking”;
(b) for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
