# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 142: Article 227 (conditions for applying a 0% volatility adjustment under the Financial Collateral Comprehensive Method)


In Article 227 (conditions for applying a 0% volatility adjustment under the Financial Collateral Comprehensive Method), in paragraph 3(c), for “within the meaning of points (25)(b) and (d) of Article 13 of Directive 2009/138/EC” substitute “that are an insurance undertaking or reinsurance undertaking, an insurance holding company (as defined in the Solvency 2 Regulations 2015), or a mixed financial holding company”.
