# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 152: Article 312 (permission and notification)


In Article 312 (permission and notification), in paragraph 1, in the first sub-paragraph—
(a) after “standards set out in” insert “Directive 2013/36/EU UK law which implemented”;
(b) for “of Directive 2013/36/EU” substitute “of that Directive”.
