# The Capital Requirements (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 160: Article 336 (own funds requirements for non-securitisation debt instruments)


(1) Article 336 (own funds requirements for non-securitisation debt instruments) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 4, in the first sub-paragraph—
(a) in point (a)(iii)—
(i) for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;
(ii) for “the relevant Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”;
(b) in point (c), for “Directive 2013/36/EU” substitute “Directive 2013/36/EU UK law”.
