Regulation 174 Article 402 (exposures arising from mortgage lending)

in paragraphs 1 and 2, for “in those member States” to “or regulatory provisions” substitute “if rigorous criteria are in force at the time in the United Kingdom for the assessment of the mortgage lending value”;

in paragraphs 1(a) and 2(a), omit “of the Member States”.
