  "text": "(1) Article 415 (reporting obligation and reporting format) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1—\n(a) in the first sub-paragraph—\n(i) omit the words from “Until the liquidity” to “set in Title II and Annex III”;\n(ii) omit “and Annex III” where it next occurs;\n(b) in the second sub-paragraph, for “EBA” substitute “the competent authority”.\n(3) In paragraph 2—\n(a) omit “of the home Member State”;\n(b) omit point (b) and the “; or” preceding it.\n(4) Omit paragraphs 4 to 6.",
